Smoking side effects are so numerous and dangerous to your health. You need to appreciate that there are no ingredients in any form of
tobacco that are good for your body. In fact, they are all unsafe when used over a long period. Its not just your lungs that are infected but all parts
of your body. There are no safe substances in any tobacco products, from
acetone and tar to nicotine and carbon monoxide. The substances your inhale don’t just affect your lungs. They can affect your entire body.

    is mixed with tobacco. Try taking a mouthful of Acetone and see how your

2. Acetic Acid found in hair dye is a very corrosive chemical. It

will burn the eyes and skin and will damage internal organs. Yet every time you

smoke you are inhaling acetic acid. The side effects of smoking include

difficulty in breathing and irritation of the throat, tongue, lips and eyes.

3. Ammonia is a chemical which your used to clean your home. Did your
know it is used in Cigarettes? If you were to inhale Ammonia accidentally it would
induce coughing, wheezing, chest pain and tightness. It would also cause irritation
and damage to the eyes. Sound familiar? Yes your are actually smoking Ammonia
every time your puff on a cigarette

4. Arsenic is used to kill rats and known to kill humans. Arsenic
is a poison and yet your smoke it in Cigarettes. The smoking side effects
caused by Arsenic cause tiredness and chronic fatigue over time. You will feel
pain in your bones and muscles. you have ever tried walking up a flight of
stairs after a smoke think Arsenic!

Arsenic also raises blood sugar levels as well as numbness and
tingling in the toes.

Benzene is also a cleaning agent. It is poisonous and used in
rubber cement. you drink Benzine it will cause your to become drowsy and
dizzy. You will have an irregular and rapid heartbeat. Benzene also causes
headaches, tremors and confusion. The smoking side effects caused by Benzine
are very harmful as your can see.

5. Butane is extremely flammable. It is found in industrial
products and is toxic. Yet it is found in cigarettes. Imagine if you were to drink
Butane (Please don’t try this) .Your brain activity would slow down. You would
feel drunk and mentally out of sync.

Smoking side effects on your Cardiovascular system

Smoking side effects damage your cardiovascular system. Nicotine found in cigarettes cause blood vessels to tighten, this restricts the flow of blood.

Smoking also increases your blood pressure, it weakens the walls and lining of your blood vessels. It increases blood clots. Many strokes are caused by long term smoking.

Smoking side effects also include damage to your skin, hair, and nails.

The poison in Cigarettes changes your skin structure from a cellular level. You will find that nail fungus and infections are in many instances attributed to the poisons in cigarettes.

Smoking side effects on your Digestive System

Smoking is the cause of many common problems found in your digestive system.

Heartburn and gastroesophageal re flux disease also known as GERD, peptic ulcers, and liver diseases are often connected to smoking. Crohn’s disease, colon polyps, and pancreatitis have also all been linked to smoking.

Smoking Side Effects on your Sex life and reproduction system

The Nicotine in cigarettes negatively affects the flow of blood to the genital areas of both men and women. For men, this can cause a decrease in your sexual performance. For women, this can result in a decreasing of vaginal lubrication and the inability to enjoy an orgasm. Smoking may also lower the sex hormone levels in both men and women.

Quitting smoking is not easy, but your doctor can help your make a plan. Ask them for advice. There are a variety of very good nonprescription and prescription medications that can help your quit. You can also turn to a smoking cessation support group. The short and long-term benefits when you quit smoking are worth it. Because smoking affects every body system hastily, finding a way to quit is the most important step your can take to living a longer and healthier life.
